Is internet addiction really a problem?

I agree with HeyGazza because I think it's like an illness but can be very useful. 

Mygirl_Ruby said 'The internet is less addictive than TV' and I disagree with her because I think that the internet more information than TV while the TV is limited.

I use the internet everyday in my laptop but I'm not addictive. My friends also use it for homework or chat with other people, for example with me.

To stop using the internet you can make a timetable, or no directly disconnected. At the end you could live without the internet.
